Technical Principle

Molten metal flows from the melting furnace through a flow-control outlet onto the center of a high-speed rotating disk, where it spreads radially to form a thin liquid film. Under the combined effects of inertia and centrifugal force, the molten metal moves toward the edge of the disk and breaks into fine droplets, which cool and solidify into powder particles.

By adjusting key process parameters, including atomization temperature and disk rotation speed, the equipment enables the production of high-quality spherical powders with a uniform particle size distribution and high packing density, supporting the manufacturing requirements of hydrogen production and storage materials.
