Equipment Overview

The equipment consists of a vacuum melting furnace, a temperature-controlled tundish, a heated flow-control tube, a rotating disk, an atomization tower, a metal granule collection system, a vacuum system, a protective gas control system, and an electrical control system.

It is designed to produce granules from pure metals and alloys with melting points below 1,700°C.
